FCI designs, manufactures and sells a broad line of
air / gas and liquid mass flow meters utilizing thermal dispersion and measurement technology. Thermal
dispersion
technology utilizes the relationship between flow rate and
cooling effect for direct measurement of mass flow. With no
moving parts and minimal invasiveness, thermal dispersion is
ideal and widely applied in air and gas applications, and
provides a highly repeatable and accurate measurement. |
FCI transmitters and electronics feature advanced
microprocessor-based circuitry and rugged construction.
These include features such as simple configuration of the
signal outputs, display or alarm setting in the field, or
analog and digital outputs, easy servicing and maintenance,
and long-life in even the harshest of plant installations.
FCI has designed and developed several mass flow meter
product families and more than 20 models to meet a broad range of performance and
environmental application requirements. Each FCI flow meter
group can be distinctly identified by the following listed
